Hi sri lakshmi, You can apply for the convocation certificate any time from the date youn have your PC in hand,,, the normal charges for convocation is 600rs and they charge 1125rs for post convocation. I have applied on 14 may 2012 and it has been approved and they informed me that i will recieve it to my address in one month

Not sure why this blog is been in to service. Not seen a single reply from admin for may queries being asked by suffers. Hope you want to count the number of people are facing the difficulty in getting their OD’s…Government sector has changed their work online…But JNTU being a reputated univesrity which produces many engineers per year still using same ages procedure.
this is not an official site by JNTU. So convocation problems we can solve . You need to enquire JNTU HYD university people.

no fazila,there is no need to pay any more challan,actly the different challan nums will generate,as many times as u login,so dont wory.just simply upload ur pc.ok

Hi All.i have applied for convocation.im the 2010 passed out.if u are 2010 passed out http://122.252.228.146/convocation .in this site add post keyword before the convocation in the above link.first register as a student.then login with that username and password .username is your hall ticket.after login u will get one link like “original degree” it will go to next page .in the next page u will get one link like post convocation radio button select that button.after selecting that one u will get all other details like online payment .and u have to upload ur provisional certificate.

There isn’t any option to register for OD at http://122.252.228.146/convocation/ but the official website notification infers that the registration can be done from the same portal. I think JNTU convocation site is d dash site i have ever seen. Nothing is working on that faltu site. If u click on Forgot password u ll get nullpointer exception. this shows talent of people over there. I am 2007 pass out.I have not applied for OD till now,can i apply it through online…I have entered the details,but while trying to enter the scanned copy of my PC,it is not accepting tell me how to upload the PC image
hi himaja ,, scanned copy of pc should be of size 200 to 300 kb
thats why its not taking ur copy….
SOL: right click on the scaned copy and go to paint , then select resize, set 100 to 95 and save, close the paint and see the size(kb) of the saved image, it will decrease… try the above step for 2 to 4 times u will get the size less than 300 kb and then upload pc…….

Hurray after a 4 day struggle i got the e challan….!!!! i checked with the jntu people they said to remove the 0 and number after 0 and use the rest of the PC number….!!!

remove next digit also…enter last 4 digits of PC number…Also, you may call JNTU board number number and press Extn 1319 and talk to them…they will tell PC number registered in their server.

On my PC, there is SL No: A00xxxx and PC number: 040xxxx. Now the problem is I think there is a alignment error which I am not able to determine which is PC number..A00xxxx or 040xxxx Help….

Pavan..Have a look at the Contact Us page of JNTU and call them..they have updated all numbers..I am not sure about MCA…
Pavan…Your PC number is the Sl. No., which will be on the right hand side starts with a character. While applying online, you have to fill only one column and is “Computer Generated PC Number” with last 5 digits of your PC Sl.No. and no other columns needs fill.

when applying convocation certificate online, those who get struts error while clicking online payment, is only due to the invalid provisional certificate entered.
So please know your PC number and it starts with the year of passing like say for example 2007 passout .. it starts with 07XXXXX.
while entering PC number please give only last three digit numbers and CMM number is not required as it is not mandatory.
By this you can avoid struts error. it will successfully redirect to the payment site. once payment made successful it will generate transaction id number. There you need to submit and online confirmation pdf doc will be generated.
This you need to preserve for future reference. This doc contains bar code.

Hi dude ,give pc details correctly which is at right corner & above of SL.No on provisional cerifiacte & it is 7 digits number ,1st 2 digits indicates year passedout ,last 5 digits is ur pc number .And also better to go for netbanking for payment instead challan.Bestregards,krishna

Here are the steps, if you want to apply online :
1) Browse the link, scroll down -> you will find new registration option -> get registered with the required details http://epayments.jntuh.ac.in/onlineconvocationservices/
2)Login with the registered details and you will be redirected to the page that would ask about your college code, PC number, SI no -> provide the details and selecte type of challan that you want to pay
3) Ex : Online challan > this will redirect you to Axis bank page :
Note : @All be panic as soon as you see Axis incase if you have other bank accounts are cards, you can pay by selecting visa or master and proceed.
4) Once the payment is done you will be redirected to page where you will find pdf link , please open the link which will display payment confirmation details , you can print it or save it incase unable to save please take a screen shot of it and then save.

yeah its last process .but please have the receipt with you and keep on en quire for at least once in a week.because if they need some more information or any id proof etc they wont move your file forward.
precautions: be patient while en quire.they will test your patients.
pray to god till you get the OD.

Hi Santosh, I would suggest you to recheck your hall ticket no : make sure you enter it in “CAPS” and try, if issue persists suggest you to make a call to JNTU and get it fixed, if not you can contact JNTU Examination Center along with your documents.

I have already raised a challan in Mar 2012, but didn’t make the payment and as a result did not get the certificate. Now, I got to know that I need to raise the challan again. When I try to login and create again I am not getting the option of requesting for certificate as got it for the first time.
